All of our soap is handcrafted in small batches. We use raw milk from our Nigerian dwarf goats that I milk daily. We use only essential oils and natural colorants such as herbs and clays that also provide many benefits to your skin. We also use locally sourced lard; we have decided against any palm oil in our products and use a byproduct that may otherwise be discarded.

Got into "natural" soaps about 2 years ago, realizing that most body washes were just drying/ causing break outs. Have tried many, from bigger internet brands you hear about on podcasts to etsy finds. This one is by far the best I have tried! Luxurious lather, the perfect scent for an earthy girl like me, a small amount of high quality ingredients I can pronounce, and a local business (well, an hour away...but that is definitely local in this day and age!) My skin feels great, and I couldn't be more pleased. Excited to have found on the recommendation of my sister!

I am a huge fan of all of your products in general, I have lip balms, body butter and a ton of soaps! I love that these are organic products, as I have psoriasis and my skin doesn’t tolerate store bought soaps well. Wild Root Acres soaps leave my skin feeling great and moisturized; and of course smelling good, without any harsh chemicals or unnatural fragrances! The body butter is non greasy, and super moisturizing which is a giant perk! And it too smells amazing! I have also bought and shared some products with a coworker of mine who has some skin issues and hooked her on to them as well!
